I am passionate about helping people and provide services that help relieve pain (mental ,emotional and physical). I provide a safe place, time out and support in achieving your optimum health and best outcomes.

A bit about me
 

I grew up on the beautiful south coast of NSW and have been interested in the human body, exercise, diet, yoga, spirituality and energy. I learnt Reiki, Swedish massage, and channeling divine energy.
 

In 2000, I moved to the mid north coast of NSW and began a never-ending journey of discovery. I undertook a Remedial massage Diploma course in Port Macquarie and then I went on to do a Diploma in Bowen therapy. As well as Touch For Health, Allergy Elimination therapy, EFT, Karmic Healing, Hypnotherapy and numerous other courses. The last course being a Diploma in Sound Healing using Tuning forks and Tibetan singing bowls with the Sound Healing Academy.
